  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Verification: Orders may be subject to verification and approval before shipping. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
  • Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@health-grail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options at checkout:

Free Shipping — Available on qualifying orders. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Cost-Effective Shipping$8.00. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping$10.00. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Available shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Damages, Loss, and Missing Items

  • Damaged Items: Health-Grail is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
